Duck Cassoulet


A hearty and tasty dish of haricot beans, confit duck and sausages, this is a staple of South Western France. Our cassoulet is traditionally made to an original recipe. Simply reheat to serve.

Ingredients: Beans, sauce cooked with duck stock (duck bones and meat, water, tomatoes, onions, carrots, salt, celery, garlic, thyme, black pepper), confit of duck manchons* (duck manchons, salt), duck sausages (duck meat, pork meat and fat, white wine, salt, black pepper, Espelette pimento)

* manchons: manchons, literally ‘sleeves’, do not translate readily into English; they are esentially duck ‘drumsticks’.
